How to play

  1. A tray shows nine English words drawn from three topic packs, with three labelled buckets below.
  2. Tap a word to pick it up — you'll hear it spoken in a British voice — then tap the bucket (topic) it belongs to.
  3. A correct word locks into the bucket in green; a wrong one shakes and stays in the tray to try again.
  4. Sort all nine words to finish the round.

Questions

Which topics are used?

Each round mixes three of Pinglingo's topic packs — colours, food, the body, animals, weather, clothing, jobs, the house and transport — so you learn which words belong together.

How does sorting help?

Grouping words by topic builds a mental map of English vocabulary and reinforces what each word means, which sticks better than seeing words in isolation.
