English Beat the Clock.
MediumTap a picture, then its English word — as fast as you can. Every match buys you a little time; every miss costs you. How many pairs can you clear before the clock runs out?

How to play
- You're shown two columns: pictures (with their meaning in your language, if you chose one) on the left, English words (shuffled) on the right.
- Tap a picture to select it, then tap its English word — get it right and both turn green and the word is read aloud.
- A correct match adds one second to the clock; a wrong match costs you two seconds, so accuracy matters as much as speed.
- Clear all the pairs and a fresh board appears. Keep matching until the timer runs out — then beat your score.
Questions
Is this timed English game free?
Yes — it plays in your browser with no sign-up. Sign in only if you want to save the words you matched to your review deck and track your best score.
How does the clock work?
You start with a fixed amount of time. Each correct match adds a little time and each wrong match costs you a little, so a careful run can last much longer than a reckless one.
Can I match words from one topic?
Yes. Use the theme picker to draw the pairs from a single category — animals, food, the home and more.
