How to play

  1. A short English sentence is hidden behind a cipher — every letter has been consistently swapped for another, and you can play it as often as you like in a British voice as your clue.
  2. Tap a coded letter on the board, then tap the real letter you think it stands for; your guess fills in every place that code appears.
  3. To keep it approachable, every vowel is filled in for you from the start — so you only need to crack the consonants — and you can spend a hint to reveal one more.
  4. Crack each sentence to hear it spoken again, then move on to the next one for the high score.
