  1. Shop assistant

Hello, good afternoon. What can I do for you?

    You

Hello. I need a SIM card with data for my phone. I'm visiting the UK.

  2. Shop assistant

We have pay-as-you-go SIM cards. How many gigabytes do you need?

    You

With ten gigabytes I should have enough for two weeks.

  3. Shop assistant

Perfect. The ten-gigabyte SIM costs fifteen pounds and lasts thirty days.

    You

That's fine. Can I also call my country with this SIM?

  4. Shop assistant

International calls aren't included, but you can use WhatsApp with the data.

    You

I see, WhatsApp is enough. Could you put the SIM in my phone?

  5. Shop assistant

Of course. I need to see your passport to register the SIM.

    You

    Yes, here is my passport.

  6. Shop assistant

Thanks. It's activated. Would you like to pay by card or in cash?

    You

By card, please. Could I have a receipt?

  7. Shop assistant

Here you are. Enjoy your stay in the UK!

    You

    Thank you very much. Goodbye!
