Building game
Spanish Bridge Builder.
MediumHear a Spanish sentence, then build its bridge. A crane swings the words over the river: tap to drop each one into the right place, and the traveller can cross. No timer; a wrong word just splashes.

How to play
- You hear a Spanish sentence and see its English meaning. The sentence is a bridge made of empty slots, and each slot is as wide as its word is long.
- A crane swings one word plank at a time over the river. Tap the scene, press Space or press the Drop button to release the plank.
- A plank dropped on the right slot locks in. A wrong word splashes into the river and comes back later; a drop over no slot is just a miss.
- When the last plank is in, the traveller walks across and the next bridge starts. Use Swap plank if you are unsure about the plank you hold.
- Build all five bridges. Each one scores up to three stars, and fewer wrong drops means more stars. Turn on Blind planks for a harder game with equal-width slots.
Questions
Is this Spanish word-order game free?
Yes. Bridge Builder plays in your browser, on a phone or a computer, with no sign-up. Sign in only to save the sentences to your review deck.
What does it teach?
Spanish word order in real everyday sentences, such as Quiero un café con leche or ¿Dónde está la estación?, together with listening, because every sentence is read aloud.
Is there a timer?
No. The crane swings at a gentle, steady pace and you drop when you are ready. Only the stars change: a wrong drop costs part of the sentence's stars.
What are blind planks?
Normally each slot is as wide as its word is long, which is a clue about which word fits. Blind planks makes every slot the same width, so you must rely on the sentence alone.
