How to play
- Customers walk up to the counter and ask for something in Spanish. The order appears in a speech bubble and is read aloud.
- Find the matching picture on the counter and drag it to the customer, or tap the item and then tap the customer.
- A right item makes the customer happy and scores points, and the quicker you are the more you earn.
- A wrong item only costs a little of the customer's patience. A customer who runs out of patience leaves and costs a heart.
- Serve all ten orders before your five hearts run out. Every word is spoken aloud and saved to your round list.

Is this Spanish ordering game free?
Yes. Corner Café plays in your browser, on a phone or a computer, with no sign-up. Sign in only to save the words to your review deck.
Which words does it teach?
Everyday food and drink vocabulary: bread, fruit, vegetables, breakfast foods, desserts and drinks, each spoken with its article, such as el pan or la manzana.
What if I do not know a word?
Hand over your best guess. A wrong item only costs a little patience, the customer tells you what they wanted, and the word is read out so you can learn it for next time.
Can I play without dragging?
Yes. Tap an item and then tap the customer, or use the keys: 1 to 8 pick an item and Q, W and E serve the left, middle or right customer.
