How to play
- Sixteen Spanish words appear — they hide four groups of four (a colour group, an animal group, and so on).
- Tap four words you think belong together, then press Submit.
- A correct group locks in with its category name; a wrong guess costs one of your four mistakes (and warns you if you were one away).
- Find all four groups before you run out of mistakes.
Questions
What kinds of groups appear?
Each group is a vocabulary category drawn from Pinglingo's topic packs — colours, animals, food & drink, body parts, family, weather, clothing, jobs, transport and more.
How is it different from a quiz?
There are no options to choose from per word — you have to recognise which category each Spanish word belongs to and sort all sixteen at once, which tests deeper recall.
Is it free?
Yes — it plays in your browser with no sign-up. Sign in only if you want to save the words to your review deck.
