Questions
What range does this Chinese numbers game cover?
0 to 100 — from 零 (líng) and the single digits, through the teens (十一 shí yī…) and the tens (二十 èr shí, 三十 sān shí…), up to 一百 (yì bǎi), with compounds like 四十七 (sì shí qī).
Is it free?
Yes — it plays in your browser with no sign-up, and reads each number aloud in a Mandarin voice so you learn the pronunciation. Sign in only if you want to save numbers to your review deck.
How do Chinese numbers work above ten?
They are built like a sum, with no special teens: 十一 is ten + one, 二十 is two tens, 二十一 is two tens + one, so 47 is 四十七 (four-ten-seven). Once you know 一 to 十, you can count to 99.
