How to play

  1. Read the English word at the top — that is the clue.
  2. Four tiles, each with a Spanish word, are hidden around the maze. Steer your dot to the tile that translates the clue: swipe on the maze, tap beside your dot, or use the arrow keys or WASD. The dot keeps going until it reaches a wall.
  3. The right tile scores and is read out loud; the maze then fills with new tiles for the next clue. A wrong tile costs a heart and shows you the right word, but the clue stays and you can still finish it.
  4. A chaser starts after a few seconds and follows your dot, slower than you. If it touches you it costs a heart, then it goes back to the far side of the maze and waits again — and you are safe for a moment.
  5. Clear six clues before your five hearts run out. The chaser gets a little faster with every clue.

How do I steer on a phone?

Swipe on the maze in the direction you want to go, or tap on the side of your dot you want to move towards. Your dot keeps going until it reaches a wall or you steer it again.

What does the chaser do?

It starts a few seconds after the round begins and follows your dot at a slower speed. A touch costs one heart, then it returns to the far side of the maze and waits again, and you cannot be touched again for a moment.
