How to play

  1. Six Spanish words appear on the left side of the board; their six English meanings appear in shuffled order on the right.
  2. Drag a line from a Spanish word across to its English meaning — or tap a Spanish word to select it (it glows blue), then tap its English match on the right.
  3. A correct connection draws a permanent green line between the pair. A wrong guess flashes red — you can try again.
  4. Connect all six pairs to clear the round. Fewer wrong attempts earns a higher score and combo streak.

Questions

Is this Spanish matching game free?

Yes — this game runs in your browser with no download or sign-up required. Sign in only to save the vocabulary you practise to your personal deck.

How does drawing lines help me learn Spanish?

The drag-connect gesture creates a distinct spatial memory between a Spanish word and its English meaning. Actively drawing the connection reinforces the pairing more strongly than simply reading or clicking a multiple-choice answer.

Can I focus on a specific vocabulary topic?

Yes. Use the topic filter above to limit the word pool to a category like animals, food, or verbs, so you can drill the vocabulary set you are currently studying.
