How to play

  1. A short French sentence appears with its English meaning — but one word is wrong.
  2. The mistake might be the wrong article (le or la), être instead of avoir, an adjective that does not agree, a verb form or a preposition (à, en, au).
  3. Tap the word you think is the error to see the correction and a one-line rule, and hear the right sentence.
  4. Find the mistake in eight sentences per round.
